The shop

Three brothers. One chair at a time.

Valor3 was started by brothers Drew, Daniel and Caleb Powell, three Florida kids who wanted to build something together that felt like the barbershops they grew up going to with their dad: a place you actually look forward to coming back to.

Caleb leads the barbering. The shop blends an old school barbershop with the feel of a neighborhood taproom. Grab a coffee or a beer, open your laptop, catch the game, or just talk. Nobody is going to rush you out the door.

Do I need an appointment?

Booking online is the fastest way to lock in your barber and time. Walk ins are welcome when a chair is open, but we recommend booking, especially Fridays and Saturdays. Book here.

Is the beer really free?

Yes. One local craft beer or soft drink is on us with every service. Java House cold brew and coffee we serve at our cost with no markup, so you pay exactly what we pay for it. Meet our breweries.

Where do I park?

Free parking right out front at 8754 E 116th Street, next to Handel's Ice Cream near downtown Fishers.

Do you cut kids' hair?

Yes. Kids' cuts are on the menu, and dads booking back to back with their sons is one of our favorite things.

Can I request a specific barber?

Absolutely. Pick your barber when you book online and you'll see their real time availability.

Do you sell gift cards?
